Description
Maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the property under the direction of the Management staff. GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES. Promptly respond to and resolve tenant requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Complete service request within 48 hours depending on the status of the unit.
