The Registered Dental Hygienist role is an onsite, full-time position in the Auburn, NY area, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Compensation is $85,000–$100,000 annually. The role is with a community-based healthcare organization’s growing dental team; the exact organization and worksite location will be shared with qualified candidates during screening. The hygienist provides preventive dental care, assesses oral health, educates patients on home care, and maintains clinical documentation and infection-control standards. The role contributes to continuity of care and a welcoming, patient-focused dental experience through collaboration with dentists, clinical staff, patients, and families.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services
• perform preventive oral health assessments and hygiene treatments
• educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and home-care techniques
• maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• support infection control and dental safety standards
• communicate with dentists, clinical staff, patients, and families
• assist with continuity of care and follow-up recommendations.
