What you'll do

• Manage Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under ASTM and applicable regulations
• conduct site reconnaissance, historical research, database reviews, interviews, and other due diligence
• prepare reports and recommendations
• manage project scope, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and deliverables
• support Phase II investigations and environmental sampling
• prepare work plans, technical memoranda, reports, and proposals
• guide junior staff
• support compliance projects and business development
• and travel periodically to project sites.
