The Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with compensation of $110,000–$140,000 per year. The position supports an established women’s health practice providing outpatient and inpatient care from prenatal visits through delivery and postpartum recovery, with a focus on compassionate, equitable, patient-centered reproductive healthcare. The midwife provides comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, gynecologic, and preventive care; manages spontaneous vaginal deliveries and assists with cesarean births as needed; educates patients; documents encounters; and collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.

What you'll do

• Provide full-scope midwifery care
• manage spontaneous vaginal deliveries and assist with cesarean births as needed
• perform well-woman exams, screenings, and contraceptive counseling
• support postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care education
• educate patients on family planning and birth options
• document encounters in the EHR
• collaborate with the care team.
