The supervisor supports nightly warehouse operations by coordinating work, monitoring performance and safety, and developing team members. The role helps ensure products are handled accurately and warehouse objectives are met while maintaining required records and procedures.

What you'll do

• Support daily assignments and coverage based on volume, call-offs, and training needs
• monitor breakage, overtime, supply use, and safety
• open, close, or reset work areas
• audit product handling
• address work-area issues and SOPs
• maintain payroll and employee logs
• verify punches and approve overtime
• train, coach, and develop direct reports
• communicate safety guidelines and ensure equipment is available and functioning.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 consecutive years in a warehouse lead or supervisor role using warehouse management systems, and at least five years of warehouse distribution experience in sorting, picking, or production.
