The Residential Group Home Manager role is onsite in North Brunswick Township, NJ. Starting pay is $54,100 per year. Dungarvin provides person-centered support intended to help people live as independently as possible, including people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. The House Manager coordinates daily operations for a residential program, supervises staff, and ensures services and support plans are delivered and monitored. The role helps maintain residents’ health, nutrition, safety, and home environment while coordinating communication with staff, families, vendors, and emergency personnel.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and monitor daily services

• communicate changes in services and hospitalizations
• maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the home and vehicle
• ensure emergency procedures are followed
• support relationships with team members, vendors, neighbors, law enforcement, and emergency personnel
• manage program budgets and spending records.
