Lead Infusion Nurse

What you'll do

• Complete assigned home infusion and start-of-care visits
• assess patients, administer therapies per orders, and monitor for complications
• coordinate with pharmacy, physicians, and the clinical team
• guide new nurses during visits and demonstrate infusion best practices
• reinforce infection control, safety, and adverse reaction protocols
• complete and review visit documentation and help correct gaps.
