What you'll do

• Lead onsite construction operations
• coordinate field personnel and subcontractors
• maintain schedules and monitor milestones
• ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• coordinate materials and equipment
• maintain site safety and organization
• prepare daily field reports, RFIs, field orders, and supporting documentation
• coordinate inspections and approvals
• attend project meetings
• address field conditions affecting safety, quality, cost, or schedule.
