What you'll do

• Conduct patient testing and assessments before and after rehabilitation
• plan and teach exercise therapy using test data, patient status, and medication regimens
• monitor patient responses and revise plans
• recognize contraindications and abnormal responses and respond appropriately, including stopping exercise and referring to medical professionals
• provide exercise education
• maintain and calibrate department equipment and keep records.
