The Direct Support Professional, Community Services Day Program role is onsite in Augusta, ME, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pay is $19 per hour. Creative Works provides community-based daytime activities and support for adults with disabilities and autism.

What you'll do

• Support participants’ well-being, independence, safety, and relationships
• advocate for assigned individuals
• assist with personal care and transfers
• help develop, implement, and monitor Individual Program Plans
• maintain daily logs and incident records
• communicate with team members
• follow schedules
• keep service facilities clean and safe. Transportation using a personal vehicle may be needed.
