What you'll do
- Review AOI inspection results for accurate detection of SMT paste, component-placement, and solder-joint defects
- load programs according to documentation
- visually inspect printed circuit boards
- identify component misplacement and solder defects to IPC-A-610 standards
- communicate process or component problems to the machine operator
- alert production operations to ongoing defects
- perform intermediate preventive maintenance
- keep equipment clean and in good working order
- enter transactions and complete logs and records.
