What you'll do

• Complete preventive maintenance and repair work orders for building equipment, including HVAC units, chillers, valves, piping, water heaters, and refrigeration units
• maintain landscaping equipment, interiors, exteriors, and grounds
• perform snow removal and emergency maintenance
• troubleshoot equipment
• complete drywall, painting, plumbing, parts replacement, and retail display work
• maintain technical knowledge of HVAC, mechanical controls, fire safety, and security systems.
