Tooling Associate

What you'll do

• Help maintain and optimize transfer dies, line dies, tools, and related equipment
• learn to troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and make repairs and adjustments
• operate toolroom equipment safely
• interpret blueprints, GD&T, die details, part prints, CMM results, and gaging information
• support press setup and production efficiency
• participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement plans
• support environmental responsibilities, including wastewater handling after required training.
