The Machinist / Tool and Die Maker role is an onsite, full-time position in Holland, OH, with pay of $30–$40 per hour depending on experience. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. The role fabricates and repairs precision parts, molds, and injection-mold components from specifications and drawings. Advanced manual machining, CNC and CAD/CAM skills, measurement, and inspection support accurate, timely production and reliable tooling.

What you'll do

• Study specifications, blueprints, sketches, models, and descriptions to determine materials and machines
• machine parts and molds using milling, lathe, precision grinding, polishing, and fitting equipment
• perform advanced manual machining operations
• use gauges and precision measuring and inspection equipment
• perform CNC machining and CAD/CAM work
• maintain and repair injection molds, including electrical and hydraulic components
• reverse engineer and manufacture mold components
• rebuild hot runner systems.
