Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA, with compensation of $14–$15.50 per hour. Cottage Grove Place’s food service team supports residents’ comfort and well-being through a positive dining experience. This role helps meals reach residents safely and efficiently by assisting with preparation and service, following dietary instructions, and maintaining clean food service areas. The aide also communicates dietary concerns to appropriate staff and works with kitchen, nursing, and support teams.

What you'll do

• Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and food service
• deliver meals and snacks
• follow dietary instructions and portion requirements
• maintain food safety and sanitation
• wash dishes and clean equipment
• communicate concerns about preferences, allergies, or special diets
• stock supplies and rotate inventory.
