What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support shipping team members
• set expectations for attendance, productivity, quality, safety, and teamwork
• oversee order staging, picking, packing, loading, and trailer movement
• assign work based on staffing and workload
• monitor completion, accuracy, labor use, and backlog
• coordinate with Production, Transportation, and Maintenance
• maintain shift handoffs and safety practices.
