What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC mills
• load programs, install tooling, set tool lengths, and adjust offsets
• troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements
• perform in-process inspections with precision measurement equipment
• maintain clean, safe workstations
• collaborate with production and quality teams to support output and zero-defect delivery.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour shifts, with Fridays available for optional overtime based on workload. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is paid in installments after 60, 90, and 180 days, contingent on active employment in good standing. Preferred qualifications include at least three years of CNC mill setup experience and familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, or similar controls.
