What you'll do

• Help establish engineering structures, access systems, inventory, ordering systems, maintenance procedures, and preventive maintenance plans
• respond to work orders
• inspect common areas and equipment
• execute preventive maintenance
• complete unit turns and in-house projects
• collaborate with property teams, vendors, and contractors
• manage service requests and delegate work when the Area Chief Engineer is absent
• manage supplies
• assist with training maintenance associates.
