The attorney handles complex commercial real estate transactions from structuring through closing, advising clients and coordinating with lenders, borrowers, investors, developers, and colleagues across related practice groups. The work includes acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, development, leasing, title matters, and closings.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements
• handle acquisitions, dispositions, and development transactions
• manage easements, development agreements, and title matters
