What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations for a Sedona property portfolio, including cleanliness, maintenance, guest experience, budgets, and performance metrics
• manage escalated guest and homeowner concerns
• conduct property inspections and light maintenance
• serve as primary owner contact
• train and oversee team members
• coordinate new-unit onboarding and leadership coverage.
