Communications Intern

Job overview

The Communications Intern role is hybrid, based at Compeer Financial's Mankato, MN office, with up to 50% work from home. Pay is $19–$20 per hour. The intern contributes to internal communications and team-member awareness through content development, communication-plan support, reporting, and meeting summaries. The work provides practical experience while helping the team maintain a strong internal culture.

What you'll do

• Update editorial calendars and develop digital message-board content
• research and draft intranet articles
• assist with communication plans
• develop presentation slides
• gather metrics and update reports
• summarize large-group meetings from transcripts and recordings
• assist with photo and video shoots as needed
• attend team meetings and participate in cross-functional workgroups.
