What you'll do

• Support project managers with day-to-day execution
• assist with procurement, scheduling, and coordination
• prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• support takeoffs, pricing, and estimate updates
• track job costs, labor, and budgets
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• attend jobsite and coordination meetings
• maintain project documentation in Procore or similar systems
• support closeout and punch lists.
