What you'll do

• Guide guests through wine, sake, and beverage selections
• maintain knowledge of wine pairings, cellar organization, and wine service
• support floor operations
• curate and maintain wine and sake programs
• manage inventory and beverage cost controls
• maintain product databases
• build vendor relationships
• train junior sommeliers and service staff
• ensure proper beverage handling, storage, and rotation
