What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, nutrition, hydration, mobility, toileting, and other daily living needs
• document resident care in the computerized medical record
• report changes in condition
• answer call bells
• take vital signs as directed
• make rounds
• assist with resident transitions, treatments, restorative care, and activities.
