Inside Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Serve as the key contact for designated customer accounts
• process orders and send acknowledgements
• address delivery issues and customer concerns
• resolve order issues through sourcing, drop-shipping, stock transfers, and purchasing when permitted
• monitor margins
• handle credit memos and warranty returns
• suggest additional products
• generate leads for outside sales
• maintain CRM data
• perform customer service support functions.
