What you'll do

• Answer and route incoming calls

• schedule, reschedule, cancel, and verify appointments according to clinic guidelines
• register new patients and update established patient information
• send new-patient packets
• document calls and information provided
• respond to service inquiries
• assess medication-log requests and consult providers or nursing staff as needed
• maintain prescription-line requests and scheduling-center voicemails.

Why this role
