What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, season, and serve meals
• prepare ingredients and cook a variety of foods in large quantities
• follow recipes and food-handling practices
• estimate quantities, control portions, and reduce waste
• check trays for completeness and accuracy against dietary guidelines
• maintain kitchen equipment and supplies
• wash pots, pans, and equipment
• supervise other food service employees in the Executive Chef’s absence.
