What you'll do

• Lead and mentor electrical engineers
• set technical direction for embedded compute and power distribution
• drive design for manufacturability and testability
• manage contract manufacturer technical relationships, new product introduction cycles, line audits, and production bottlenecks
• work with OEM partners on requirements and vehicle integration
• ensure electrical systems meet automotive safety and quality standards, including ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100.
