Maintenance Supervisor – Fireside Flats

The Maintenance Supervisor – Fireside Flats role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Pay is $32–$35 per hour. The role supports Thrive Communities’ property management work and its goal of elevating residents’ living experiences. The supervisor leads maintenance team members and oversees property upkeep, work orders, preventive maintenance, safety, vendors, and supplies. The role helps maintain the property and coordinate responsive service for residents within budget and operational requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead maintenance team members
• perform unit turns and work orders
• coordinate with leasing staff and managers
• conduct monthly safety meetings and manage OSHA/SDS reporting
• schedule and perform preventive maintenance
• maintain grounds and property appearance
• manage service vendors
• maintain supplies and make budget-aligned purchases
• manage work within budget or seek approval for over-budget work
• respond to emergency on-call requirements
• support resident service.

Why this role
