What you'll do

• Follow the proprietary frosting recipe and application methods
• use measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags
• prioritize pre-orders and walk-in orders
• package, label, and store cakes
• rotate products and maintain frosting and refrigeration logs
• evaluate product quality and report issues
• clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation
• prepare supplies for the next shift
• follow health, safety, dress, and hygiene standards.
