What you'll do

• Advise the President and executive team
• lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and scenario modeling
• deliver financial reporting and metrics
• guide pricing, capital investment, and profitability decisions
• oversee close, controls, GAAP compliance, and audit readiness
• develop the Finance team
• oversee HR administration
• coordinate IT and ERP vendor relationships
• partner across business functions.
