What you'll do

• Operate filling and casing equipment, including labelers and glue pots
• fill daily orders using correct cups, lids, and codes
• minimize changeover downtime
• maintain product weights and operating speeds
• check package and product quality and report problems
• supply machines
• save lab samples
• clean and reassemble equipment as needed
• maintain sanitation and food safety records
• follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
