• Perform hotel maintenance and engineering functions
• complete fire and safety inspections and correct discrepancies
• administer preventive maintenance and complete work orders on time
• meet with vendors and suppliers about repair scope and materials
• obtain pricing and bids as directed
• monitor contractor activity.
