What you'll do

• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance

• manage budgets, forecasts, profitability, revenue, and financial reporting
• address guest complaints and service recovery
• oversee staffing, hiring, training, performance, property standards, inspections, maintenance, and improvement initiatives.
