What you'll do

• Ensure food preparation follows recipes and production standards
• manage food, labor, and controllable costs
• maintain health and sanitation compliance
• order, receive, store, and inventory food and supplies
• oversee equipment preventive maintenance
• recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate back-of-house staff
• conduct pre-shift meetings
• support restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
