What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care and health education

• provide medication-related interventions
• transcribe and coordinate physician orders
• assess residents and report changes
• develop and implement care plans
• institute nursing interventions to stabilize conditions or prevent complications.
