What you'll do

• Lead and monitor the Infection Prevention and Control Program
• conduct infection surveillance, investigations, outbreak response, and follow-up
• monitor infection-prevention practices and antibiotic stewardship
• conduct clinical and regulatory audits
• support skin integrity, pressure injury prevention, and wound management
• track quality indicators
• perform root-cause analyses and monitor corrective actions
• prepare reports for leadership and QAPI committees
• assist with survey preparation
• educate and coach staff
• maintain knowledge of applicable requirements.
