This role exists to provide direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

What you'll do

• Provide direct rehab care in occupational therapy
• follow treatment plans (ADLs)
• establish, assess, and modify functional goals
• oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs and Rehab Aides
• chart appropriately and timely
• utilize therapy software
• exhibit excellent customer service
• assist in the evacuation of patients
• demonstrate dependable attendance
• communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
• maintain active license
• maintain CPR certification.
