The Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) – Days and Nights role provides onsite pediatric home care in Linden, MI. Compensation is $36–$39 per hour. First Day Homecare provides pediatric private duty nursing and other home- and community-based services to support clients and families. The nurse delivers skilled care under practitioner orders and the client’s care plan, documents changes, and coordinates with the care team. The role supports the client’s health and safety through nursing care, monitoring, medication administration, and specialized pediatric services.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care under practitioner orders and the care plan
• maintain and document orders and changes
• monitor and report findings
• administer medications
• provide client teaching and emergency intervention
• perform specialized pediatric care including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings
• collaborate with the care team
• participate in care coordination and agency meetings as requested.
