This role exists to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance through proactive controls automation and technical leadership. The engineer will mentor junior staff, lead cross-functional projects, and optimize material handling systems to ensure high-speed order fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Apply Subject Matter Expertise to troubleshoot engineering issues
• collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams on MHE optimization
• maintain and troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks
• monitor MHE metrics
• provide escalation support for automation engineers.
