The CDL Truck Driver — Sleeper Unit role is onsite in Medina, OH, with an average annual pay range of $80,000–$90,000 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The driver supports Tempur Sealy’s Medina plant by transporting company products and, when applicable, raw materials and backhaul loads. Tempur Sealy designs, manufactures, distributes, and retails bedding products and sleep solutions. The driver delivers products to customers within a designated geographic area and operates in compliance with company requirements and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Regional positions may require overnight trips several times during the workweek; local-route drivers are home every night.
