What you'll do

• Support daily dining operations and lead a team of 25 associates
• oversee kitchen operations, communicate priorities with site leads, monitor meal service, manage inventory, and support financial and administrative functions
• enter data, generate point-of-sale reports, assist with weekly financial close, and help maintain operational standards
• work with the chef and management team on nutritious food and culinary programs
• manage, train, and develop associates.
