The Retail Cleaning/Maintenance Associate role is an onsite position based in Mequon, WI. The pay range is $13.25 - $13.75 per hour, supporting the retail operations of Sierra, a member of the TJX Companies family. This role exists to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support other areas of the business.

• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery
• Maintain store cleanliness.
