• Collaborate with development, QA, product management, and customer support on enhancements, defects, and feature requests
• gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements
• manage change requests through impact analysis, estimation, risk assessment, and status tracking
• coordinate UAT and acceptance criteria
• investigate issues and root causes
• support release planning, integration, and deployment
• monitor performance and feedback
• maintain product documentation and release notes
• communicate status and risks.
