Flexographic Press Machine Operator

The Flexographic Press Machine Operator role is onsite in Fort Atkinson, WI, on second shift from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Compensation starts at $20–$30+ per hour, depending on experience and skills. The role supports production operations at the employer’s manufacturing site. The operator supports equipment setup and production, performs quality checks, helps troubleshoot issues, and monitors equipment performance. The work contributes to safe, efficient production and consistent product quality while reducing material waste.

What you'll do

• Assist with production equipment setup and operation
• follow operating and safety procedures
• inspect tooling
• perform quality checks on dimensions, scoring, slotting, material, printing, and folding
• help troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• submit maintenance work orders
• clean machines and work areas
• communicate equipment issues and improvement recommendations.
