Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist

The Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist role is onsite in Rockwall, TX, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. Addison Group is partnering with a manufacturing and industrial client to fill the position. The specialist supports order processing and customer interactions by maintaining accurate data and timely communication across internal teams and external customers. The role helps ensure orders, shipment commitments, and account information are handled accurately and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer and internal calls and emails about orders, shipments, and accounts
• manage communications about order changes, inventory, and distribution
• enter and maintain order and customer data in an ERP system
• process fulfillment requests and shipment tracking
• coordinate timelines and delivery commitments
• review purchase orders and documentation
• handle order adjustments and returns
• assist with reporting and reconciliation
• collaborate on workflow and issue resolution.
