Concrete Polisher

Job overview

The Concrete Polisher role is onsite in Norfolk, VA, with pay of $26–$28 per hour. Ladybug Concrete Specialties provides concrete cutting, drilling, grinding, and polishing services for military, commercial, industrial, and government clients. This role prepares and finishes concrete surfaces to achieve durable, high-quality results. The polisher supports project specifications by preparing surfaces, applying specified treatments, inspecting finished work, and following job-site safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Grind, polish, and finish concrete surfaces
• prepare surfaces by removing coatings, adhesives, and imperfections
• repair damage and fill cracks
• apply epoxy, densifiers, stains, dyes, and sealers according to project specifications
• inspect finished surfaces for quality, flatness, and consistency
• follow dust-control, PPE, and equipment-maintenance procedures.
