Commercial Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day job-site activities and field personnel
• maintain daily logs, photographs, project documents, and schedules
• coordinate subcontractors, inspections, permits, safety meetings, and quality
• review plans, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
• communicate progress and issues to the project team
• manage deliveries, materials, worklists, and punchlists
• ensure site coverage when subcontractors are present, including off-hours and weekends.
