The role contributes through legal research, advocacy, negotiation, court appearances, and reporting on case activity and outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide respectful, solutions-focused customer interactions and develop fair, sustainable payment resolutions
• conduct legal research and writing and provide oral advocacy
• manage a high-volume caseload and advise on legal and regulatory risks
• negotiate with opposing counsel
• travel to Ohio courts as needed to represent clients and attend hearings
• collaborate with the Managing Attorney on activity, results, and case progression.
