Cultivation Associate — Nursery

The Cultivation Associate role is onsite in Ravena, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $18.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning
• monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature
• inspect plants for health, pests, and disease
• assist with harvest and inventory recording
• support curing and drying
• operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems
• keep cultivation areas and tools clean
• follow state regulations and security procedures
• assist with product preparation and packaging during high-demand periods.
